  I had a clean room with good space to move around. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The location worked for me, within walking distance to shops. It felt good to be near all the main attractions. I overheard someone mention the warmth of the rooms, which matched my experience, as I found the environment to be comfortable during my stay.

  The room’s lock had issues, which made me feel uneasy. I also noticed some parts of the room needed attention and care beyond quick fixes. Information regarding fire exits should have been provided upfront, which is critical.
